Ritchie, Ruby and their raucous backup band, Late-Term Abortion, rip up the stage at CBGBs, the famed New York nightclub which once showcased emerging punk/new wave acts such as Blondie, Talking Heads and the Ramones. Production designer Therese DePrez (Happiness, Swoon) had to redress the space’s interior to approximate the look of the clug’s halcyon days.
