On February 18, 2007, the American Society of Cinematographers will honor the previous year’s top directors of photography with its ASC Awards for Outstanding Achievement in Cinematography. The Society would be pleased to have you participate in what will undoubtedly be an unforgettable celebration. This year’s ceremony promises to be especially memorable, as it marks our 21st annual staging of the awards. Of course, the ASC Awards could not have thrived for the past two decades without the generous support of our friends and sponsors, and we look forward to collaborating with you for many years to come.

In the upcoming weeks, we will announce the recipients of our distinguished Lifetime Achievement, Career Achievement in Television, Presidents, International and Board of Governors Awards, as well as the student winners of the 2007 ASC John Alonzo Heritage Award. Then, on the night of the event, the envelopes will be opened and the coveted ASC Awards will be presented.

Table reservations are now being accepted. You should secure a space as soon as possible, as seating is limited to 1,600 guests and the last several years have been sellouts! Our commemorative program book is now in production as well. This handsome keepsake is filled with beautiful vintage photographs and biographical information about all of our outstanding nominees and award recipients. Don’t miss out on your chance to sponsor a photograph in this highly collectible book, which serves as an enduring memory of a very special evening. Sponsorship for a full page costs $2,200, and a half page costs $1,100.
